1, dislocation: that is, the unevenness between the layer and the block;

2. Tilt: that is, uneven in the horizontal direction;

3. Uneven mortar joints: the width of the mortar joints varies, which can be adjusted by appropriately selecting the refractory bricks;

4. Climbing: that is, the surface of the round wall has regular unevenness, which should be controlled within 1mm;

5. Separation: In the curved masonry, the brick ring and the shell are not concentric;

6. Re-splicing: that is, the upper and lower mortar joints are superimposed, and only one mortar joint is allowed between the two layers;

7. Through joints: the mortar joints of the inner and outer horizontal layers of the refractory bricks are combined together, or even the metal shell is exposed, which is not allowed;
