High alumina bricks are mainly used for masonry blast furnace, Maerz kiln, hot blast stove, lime kiln, electric furnace top, blast furnace, reverberatory furnace, rotary kiln lining.

The quality of high alumina bricks is quite different, the raw materials selected are different, and the aluminum content is quite different. The aluminum content used in ordinary high alumina bricks is between 55% and 75%, the body density is between 2.3 and 2.5, and the refractoriness is 1750-1790 ℃.

Volume density is an important indicator of the quality of the difference, different high alumina bricks will have different refractoriness and volume density, the general high alumina brick refractoriness is not less than 1750 degrees C. The high alumina brick with good quality has a high refractoriness of 1800 ℃ and a high density.

Anti-spalling high alumina bricks are made of excellent high bauxite clinker and ZrO-containing2The synthetic material as raw material, according to the required ratio by high-pressure molding of the fired products. The product has strong anti-peeling ability, but also has resistance to potassium, sodium, sulfur, chlorine and alkaline salt erosion, low thermal conductivity and other properties, the product is characterized by good thermal shock resistance, strong ability to adapt to the environment. It is widely used in various high temperature industrial kilns.
