The mullite lightweight refractory brick is a high alumina refractory material with mullite main crystal phase, and the general alumina content is between 65%-75%. The refractory temperature of mullite lightweight refractory brick can reach above 1790 ℃. The starting temperature of load softening is 1600-1700 ℃. Good thermal shock resistance.

Mullite lightweight refractory brick features

1. Low thermal conductivity, with good heat insulation effect;

2. Low hot melt, due to low thermal conductivity, mullite series lightweight thermal insulation bricks accumulate very little heat energy, and the energy saving effect is obvious in intermittent operation;

3. Low impurity content has very low iron box alkali metal oxide content, therefore, high refractoriness; high aluminum content makes it still maintain good performance in reducing atmosphere;

4. High compressive strength in hot state;

5. Appearance size, speed up the masonry speed, reduce the amount of refractory mud, ensure the strength and stability of the masonry, thereby extending the life of the lining;

6. Can be processed into special shapes. To reduce the number of brickwork and masonry joints.
